Company story
Eighteen years
Wetop Silicone opened in 2008 as a small Dongguan workshop with a single compression press. The customers were housewares OEM buyers who needed dedicated tooling on a tight timeline — the same brief that drives most programs on our floor today.
The factory has grown, but the operating principle has not. Every RFP reaches the engineering team before sales. Every mold is cut in-house. Every batch is post-cured and lot-traced. Nothing is subcontracted, and no production step happens somewhere the customer can’t audit.
The result is a factory that is deliberately mid-sized: large enough to run Costco-volume programs, small enough that a first-article failure reaches the engineering desk the same day it happens.
